Yaki Soba
Ingredients

250 grams yaki soba (Japanese noodles)
cup chicken, cut into bite-size
150 grams cabbage, sliced
½ cup sliced carrot
¼ cup sectioned green onion
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
2 tablespoons Kikoman sauce
1 teaspoon castor sugar
¼ teaspoon ground pepper
3 tablespoons fried garlic in cooking oil

Marinate chicken with tomato sauce, Kikoman, sugar and pepper in a small mixing bowl for about 10 minutes. Put yaki soba, and vegetables, fried garlic into a microwave skillet. Add chicken to the skillet and stir thoroughly. Cook, covered, at High (600-700 Watts) for 4-5 minutes or in medium size oven at High (500 Watts) for 7 minutes. Serve as a one – meal dish. (for 2 servings)
