Ingredients 10 prawns ¾ cup fried shallots 5 dried pepper, fried 3 tablespoons tamarind paste 3 tablespoons fish sauce ¼ cup palm sugar cucumber and coriander Clean and drain prawns. Arrange the prawns on a microwave rack, tail side in. Microwave, uncovered, at High (600-700 Watts) for 8-10 minutes or they can be grilled under the grill element. Mix well tamarind paste, fish sauce, and palm sugar in a small mixing bowl. Cook, uncovered, at High for 1½-2 minutes. Sprinkle on top with fried onion and fried dried pepper. Serve with cucumber and coriander.
