    Stuffed Egg Rolls Ingredients 4 eggs 1 tablespoon lime juice 2 pairs chinese sausages 1½ cups minced pork 1½ cups minced shrimps 1 tablespoon ground garlic and pepper 1 tablespoon light soy sauce 1 teaspoon Maggi sauce 1 tablespoon fish sauce ½ teaspoon castor sugar 1 tablespoon chopped coriander stalk ¼ cup cooking oil Knead together minced pork, minced shrimps, ground garlic and pepper.
