Steamed Sponge Cake

1 cup cake flour
1 teaspoon SP
¾ cup castor sugar
4 eggs
2  tablespoons  water
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1-2 drops red colour

Combine water and lemon juice in one cup measure. Beat eggs, sugar and SP with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in lemon juice and water until light peaks form. Fold in flour. Spread batter into 9×9 inch plastic container line with waxed paper. Cook, covered, at High (600-700 Watts) for 4½ minutes.
