Steamed Prawns with Garlic Recipe
|3||(300 grams)||big tiger prawns|
|3||tablespoons||coarsely chopped garlic|
|2||teaspoons||shredded green onion|
|2||teaspoons||light soy sauce|
Rinse and cut antennae and all appendages from tiger prawns, and cut along the back. Lay the prawns flat on serving dish, sprinkle garlic and green onion on the prawn. Mix other ingredients well and pour over the meat of the prawns. Tightly cover with microwave plastic wrap, steam at High (600-700 Watts) for 2 minutes. Blanch the asparagus in an oblong.container in microwave oven, covered, use High for 2 ½ minutes. Remove, rinse in cold water and drain. Arrange asparagus next to the prawns.
