Steamed Coral Fish
|1||(500 grams)||coral fish|
|½||cup||shredded green onion|
|¼||teaspoon||ground black pepper|
Clean fish and drain; on one side of fish, make a few diagonal cuts. Slicing through to central bone. Put the coral fish on an oval dish, tightly cover with microwave plastic wrap, microwave at High (600-700 Watts) for 4 minutes, set aside. Mix all of seasoning ingredients in 2-cup glass measure and heat at High for 2 minutes. Discard the juice from steaming fish. sprinkle ginger and green onion on top and pour the very hot seasoning sauce on the fish. Serve immediately.
