Prawn Omelette Thai Recipe
|¼||cup||coarsely chopped shrimps|
|1 ½||tablespoons||fish sauce|
Heat the 6″x6″ browning skillet at High (600-700 Watts) for 7 minutes. Pour in cooking oil and heat 2 more minutes. Break eggs into a small size mixing bowl, add milk, fish sauce and flour. Whisk until fluffy. Stir in shrimps and basil leaves. Pour into the heated skillet, covered, cook at High for 2 minutes. Transfer the omelette to the plate. Turn up-side down and serve with cooked rice.
