Passion Fruit Sauce
|½||cup||passion fruit juice with seeds|
See the recipe of Crab Quiche for the pastry preparation. When the pastries are cool, fill with cream custard filling. Spoon the passion fruit sauce on top and garnish with sugared fruit. Blend well all ingredients in a 2-cup glass measure. Microwave, covered, at High for 1½ minutes.
