Iced Sweet Aduki Beans

Soak red beans in warm water for 3 hours. Put red beans and water into microwave pressure cooker. Cook, covered, at High (600-700 Watts) for 28 minutes. Reduce pressure and stir in Sala red Syrup. Cook, covered, at High for 5 more minutes. Serve cold with crushed ice and topped with double cream.
