Grouper and Rice Soup
Ingredients

2 cups cooked rice
4 cups fish stock
½ tablespoon ground ginger or galangal
300 grams thickly sliced grouper or white fish fillets
2 tablespoons fish sauce
¼ cup chopped celery
½ teaspoon ground pepper
tablespoons crispy fried garlic

Pour the stock and ground ginger in a 2-quart serving bowl, cook, covered at High (600-700 Watts) for 7 minutes. Add fish meat, fish sauce to the bowl, cover and cook at High for 5 minutes. Add cooked rice to the boiling soup just before serving. Sprinkle on top with fried garlic, celery and pepper, serve hot. (for 4 servings)
