Grilled Beef, Japanese Style
|300||grams||sirloin, sliced into 3 pieces|
|2||tablespoons||Mirin (Japanese rice wine)|
|3||tablespoons||Kikoman soy sauce|
Marinate the beef in all seasonings for 20 minutes. Heat the 7″ x 7″ browning skillet in microwave oven for 7 minutes. Sear the beef on the skillet. Press tightly with ladle for microwave oven, turn up-side down. Stand for about 1 minute. Serve with shredded cabbage and carrot.
