Grilled Beef, Japanese Style

Ingredients

300 grams sirloin, sliced into 3 pieces
2 tablespoons Mirin (Japanese rice wine)
3 tablespoons Kikoman soy sauce
2 teaspoons castor sugar

Marinate the beef in all seasonings for 20 minutes. Heat the 7″ x 7″ browning skillet in microwave oven for 7 minutes. Sear the beef on the skillet. Press tightly with ladle for microwave oven, turn up-side down. Stand for about 1 minute. Serve with shredded cabbage and carrot.
