Garlic Fried Rice Recipe Japanese Style

Ingredients

3 cups cooked rice
3 tablespoons cooking oil
1 ½ tablespoons kikoman soy sauce
¼ teaspoon ground pepper
3 tablespoons crushed garlic
2 tablespoons butter
¼ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons chopped green onion

Put garlic and cooking oil into a large cooking container. Microwave, uncovered, at High (600-700 Watts) for 5 ½ minutes until the garlic is crispy. Add butter, stir until dissolve. Stir in cooked rice and green onion. Season to taste with soy sauce, salt and pepper. Microwave, covered, at High for 1 ½ minutes. Serve hot with Japanese soup and Yaginiku (Japanese beef steak). (for 4 servings)
