Fried Spareribs with Garlic and Pepper

Ingredients

½ kilogram spareribs, cut into pieces
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons black soy sauce
1 tablespoon plain flour
1 coriander root, cut into small pieces
4 cloves garlic
5 peppercorns

Put the coriander root, garlic and peppercorns into the working bowl of an electric meat grinder. Process to produce finely paste. Spoon the paste to medium mixing bowl. Add all ingredients and mix well. Marinate the spareribs in the garlic and pepper for about 20 minutes. Arrange them on the 10-inch plate, cover loosely with kitchen paper, microwave at High (600-700 Watts) for 6 minutes.
