Fried Spareribs with Garlic and Pepper
|½||kilogram||spareribs, cut into pieces|
|2||teaspoons||black soy sauce|
|1||coriander root, cut into small pieces|
Put the coriander root, garlic and peppercorns into the working bowl of an electric meat grinder. Process to produce finely paste. Spoon the paste to medium mixing bowl. Add all ingredients and mix well. Marinate the spareribs in the garlic and pepper for about 20 minutes. Arrange them on the 10-inch plate, cover loosely with kitchen paper, microwave at High (600-700 Watts) for 6 minutes.
