Process flour, instant yeast, salt, sugar and shortening with a metal blade until well mixed. Pour the mixture of milk and water through the feed tube while the machine is running and work for 5 seconds until a soft ball of dough is formed. Again process the dough around the bowl until it has turned round the bowl about 15 times. Place in a greased bowl, cover and allow to rise in the microwave oven together with a cup of boiling water and stand for about 30 minutes. Punch down the dough and divide into 25 pieces, 30 grams each. Dip each dough into melted butter and coat with the mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon. Arrange the doughs into a lightly greased 12-cup bundt. Let rise until light in microwave oven with a cup of boiling water for 25-30 minutes. Bake, uncovered, at High for 9 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes. Loosen edges and turn out onto a serving plate.
