Cherry Upside-Down Cake

Ingredients

cups cake flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup butter, softened
¾ cup castor sugar
3 eggs
½ cup milk
tablespoons vanilla essence
1 can Cherry Pie Filling

Sift flour and baking powder, set aside. Arrange all cherry pie filling but ½ cup in the bottom of a 2-cup Bundt pan. Put butter, sugar, milk, eggs and vanilla essence in a work bowl of the food processor, use a metal blade, mix together until well blended. Pour in cherry filling through a feeding tube while the machine is running for 5 seconds. Add cake flour and process about 8 seconds to mix. Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan. Microwave at medium (360 Watts) for 9 minutes, increase the heat to High (600-700 Watts) and bake for 4½ minutes. Stand for 6 minutes and remove to the serving plate.
