Bananas in Coconut Milk
Ingredients

3 ripe, firm bananas
½ cup coconut cream
1 cup coconut milk
½ cup castor sugar
¼ teaspoon salt

Slice bananas into ½” thickness. Put coconut milk in a 2-quart container, covered and cook at High (600-700 Watts) for 3 minutes. Add castor sugar,salt and bananas to the container, covered, cook for 2 minutes. Pour in coconut cream and serve hot.
