There is no better soup than homemade soup, but sometimes life does not allow the time it takes to use the stove and make an entire pot. Luckily, homemade chicken soup can be cooked right in the microwave! I like to use this recipe any time me or my kids are sick, it’s just so much tastier and fresher than soup from a can.

  • 1/2 cup of uncooked noodles
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • rotisserie chicken shredded or cubed
  • 2 tbsp carrots cubed
  • 2 tbsp celery chopped
  • parsley

  2. In a microwave safe bowl, combine cooked noodles, chicken broth, chicken, cubed carrots, celery, and parsley; cover with a plate and microwave on high for about 5 minutes or until carrots and celery are tender
